When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill and order, after which it's shipped out.

The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping approximate times are:  

Canada: 7-13 business days

USA: 5-8 business days 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company within Canada and United States. 

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

At The Naughty Angler, we work hard to get your adventure-ready gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! 

Please note:

·  Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations (Canada and/or the United States) depending on product availability at the time of your order.

·  We cover standard shipping rates for all orders — you’ll never be charged extra shipping by us!

·  If any customs or import fees are applied by the shipping carrier upon delivery, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments outside of the U.S. or Canada may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.
Customs fees vary depending on your order value, country limits, and local regulations. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency, and the end recipient is responsible for paying any customs charges.

Important Tip:
We highly recommend including your phone number at checkout when ordering internationally.
Providing a phone number can help prevent delivery delays and minimizes the risk of your order being lost in transit.

We always aim to minimize any potential customs fees by carefully selecting fulfillment locations whenever possible.
Most of the time, your order will arrive smoothly — but if customs apply, they are outside of our control.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.  
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.  
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.  

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!  

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@thenaughtyangler.com with your order number.  

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let  us know by contacting us atsupport@thenaughtyangler.com

Do you offer refunds?

 Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of  these apply, please contact us atsupport@thenaughtyangler.comwith photos of wrong/damaged  items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

 At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our  sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.     Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let  us know atsupport@thenaughtyangler.comwithin a week after receiving your order. Include your  order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a  refund!
