When will I receive my order?

Orders are carefully prepared before shipping and typically take 2–7 business days to process.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada: 7–13 business days

  • United States: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, carrier, and seasonal demand — but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Where will my order ship from?

Orders ship from trusted partner facilities located in Canada and the United States.

To ensure timely delivery, some orders may be fulfilled from more than one location depending on product availability.


What should I know about international orders?

We proudly ship internationally and aim to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Please note:

  • Orders may be fulfilled from Canada and/or the United States depending on availability

  • Standard shipping is included — no surprise shipping charges from us

  • Any customs or import fees, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient

Customs fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are outside of our control.

Including a phone number at checkout helps carriers contact you if needed and can prevent delivery delays.


Returns, Defects & Fit Support

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing reasons.

That said — your experience matters to us, and we’re always happy to help where we can.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@thenaughtyangler.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll take care of it right away — either with a replacement or another suitable solution at no cost to you.


What if my item doesn’t fit as expected?

We understand that fit can sometimes be tricky when ordering online.

While we don’t offer exchanges for sizing, we truly want you to enjoy your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out — our team is happy to work with you on a personalized solution to help make your next order a better fit.


My order should be here by now — what should I do?

Before contacting us, please try:

  • Checking your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy

  • Contacting your local post office or courier

  • Checking with neighbours in case the package was left nearby

If your order still hasn’t arrived and everything looks correct, email us at

Pro tip: If you won’t be home for delivery, shipping to a secure location can help prevent package theft.
